Using the front half of the front door and the rear half of the rear door one tiny door was made to fit. Most of the linkages from inside the doors were shortened but it was easier to use remote central locking instead of door locks.
Late in the evening the two halves were rolled back together and tacked so we could get an idea of what the car would look like.
A 1 meter section of the floor was removed.
